Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is the second of the seven major chakras in the body, located just below the navel. Associated with creativity, emotions and sensuality, it governs our ability to experience joy, passion, and pleasure in life. 

When balanced, the sacral chakra helps us express ourselves freely and embrace healthy relationships. However, when blocked or overactivated, it can lead to issues like emotional instability, guilt, or a lack of motivation.

Directions

Shake well. Set your intention. Close eyes and mouth. Take 3 deep breaths. Spray over whole body or intended chakra and allow the mist to bring balance and harmony.
