Throat Chakra

The throat chakra, or Vishuddha, is the fifth energy center in the body in the 7 chakra energy system. Located at the throat, it governs communication, self expression, and truth. 

When balanced, it allows us to speak with clarity, express our authentic selves, and listen deeply to others. A blocked throat chakra can lead to issues like difficulty expressing thoughts, fear of speaking, or miscommunication. 

Directions

Shake well. Set your intention. Close eyes and mouth. Take 3 deep breaths. Spray over whole body or intended chakra and allow the mist to bring balance and harmony.
