Solar Plexus

The solar plexus chakra, also known as Manipura in Sanskrit, is the third of the seven major chakras in the body. Located just above the navel, it governs personal power, confidence, and self esteem. Often associated with the element of fire, this chakra rules our sense of purpose and inner strength, helping us to take action and assert our will.
